Getting Started

Fitness Testing / Consultation (optional)– This hour-long appointment / interview helps us attain a baseline measure of various fitness-related components including: blood pressure, pulse, cardiovascular, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and body fat. With additional lifestyle information we will design a personalized exercise programs that fits your schedule and will help you reach your goals.

Personalized Program (optional) – This hour-long appointment will include exercise instruction on your program based on your test results and goals.

FREE Personal Training

If you are interested in a health screen, fitness assessment, effective program design, or exercise instruction you may sign up to work with a personal trainer, for FREE!

A health screen consists of resting pulse, blood pressure, body composition, and target heart rate range.

A physical fitness test consists of assessing and evaluating cardiovascular capacity, muscle strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility.

Other assessments include posture analysis, skills test for athletes, and jogging technique.

When was the last time you changed your program? Variety is a key component in an exercise routine. If it has been longer than eight weeks since your last program, it’s time for something new.

Would you like a new program? I would recommend speaking with one of our staff members and setting up an appointment.

1 on 1 Personal Training: You will receive step by step instructions throughout your workout.

Exercise Instruction: Maybe you just need some help learning a few exercises? Or would like to expand your exercise repertoire.

Program Design: You know a lot of exercises, but you’re not sure how to get them together for a program that will specifically target your goals.

Re-assessment: You have been working towards a goal and need to check your progress.
