Why is there a hold on my account?

Financial Holds

If you do not meet payment deadlines, you may have your account placed on financial hold by Student Accounts. Other offices, such as Parking or Judicial Affairs, can also place holds on your account. In these instances, please contact the appropriate office to resolve the hold. You can view the contact information when checking the status of your financial holds in the STAR Student Information System.
